multi class monk BAB ... extra attacks with flurry?

Rules Questions

A monk uses full Bab when using his flurry of blows

If a monk is Multics classed, does the Bab from the additional class affect when he gets his extra flurry attacks?

Example a 5th level monk has a flurry Bab +5 ; +3/+3 after twf penalty
If he takes a level of fighter, his Bab for flurry would be +4/+4
Does he get the additional attack with flurry due to high Bab?

No, a monk is using his class level as his Base Attack bonus already when flurrying.

Meaning that a 5th level monk and and a monk 2/ fighter 3 are both using a +5 as their base attack bonus while flurrying.
If anything you will lose the levels you would otherwise gain additional attacks at since the monk gains the use of Improved and Greater Two weapon fighting at 8th and 15th level respectively.

Your Flurry base of +3/+3 is actually an adjusted base of +5 with the Two-Weapon Fighting penalties applied.

He does however get attacks from BAB in the example of the monk 5 ftr 1 his flurry would be +4/+4/-1
