I was wondering since alot of the Ironskin monks abilities state they can be used with light armor what do monks actually lose access to if they are wearing armor?

When wearing armor, using a shield, or carrying a medium or heavy load, a monk loses his AC bonus, as well as his fast movement and flurry of blows abilities.

If a an archetype, or stack of archetypes, replaces all these abilities, then a monk loses nothing for wearing armor.

i dont get why they lose flurry but oh well, gives me a reason to try out monk of many styles

Bc armor is limiting their range of movement therefore making it more difficult to use their bodies as weapons.
