Currently i have a lvl 9 Paladin. Greatsword, with Fullplate. Also an Animated Heavy Shield. Typically I charge is and shield bash on the first turn. 2nd turn i animate the shield and start bashing with the Greatsword.
The Shadowdancer prestige class seems interrsting, but is it good for a paladin to go into? Paladin that can summon undead companion?

You can put you favored class bonus into skill points, and with Skill Focus(Stealth), and Hellcat Stealth, you will have a better Hide in Plain Sight.
For the Teleport ability, you can work up to the Greater Eldritch Heritage feat, choose a Dimension Door granting bloodline, or pop 3 levels into Horizon Walker.

Actually, if you build your paladin appropriately, paladin and shadowdancer go together (crunchwise) really nicely (though the antipaladin meshes better, has negative channelling to heal the shadow).
Fluffwise, it's a bit tenuous, or at least it can be. The shadow has the same alignment as the shadowdancer though, so depending on your god and that god's beliefs, it could work well (paladin of Baravar Cloakshadow for example).
