Greetings,
I am a player that would love to find a campaign to join as a player. My biggest problem though is being a family man with 2 kids which limits my play times. So I would like to see if there are any GM around that are using a virtual tabletop program like Maptool,D20pro or Roll20.
My playtimes are my limitation. I am able to play a weekday (preferably a tuesday, wednesday or thursday)at 1PM-4PM CST (equals to 8PM-12PM CET).
I have most of the common communication tools like skype, TS, ventrilo, mumble etc.
So let's if I will be able to find a game going that can fit my special requests ;)
Sincerely!

I am very willing to try out Roll20 I have an account there but I ran into some issues where the grid was too little for the map I wanted to add and after 30 min I gave up and went to D20Pro instead :)
Let's hope and see that we can get some more players interested :)
Did you try changing the grid size? You do so by clicking on the options tab for each individual page after bringing down the page menu.

I am up for anything! I am just glad to be able to be on the player side this time. So the choice is more up to the GM I guess ;)
Blaeringr - I will check that! I believe I may miss some of the already premade macros for combat that D20pro has though. To me it seemed that Roll20 wasn't there yet. However that was an oppinion made with way to little time with the application. So will be fun to test it with more experienced users

Hmm the power :P I mainly asked because I would prefer not to run things that people have already played in. Better that way for everyone I believe :D I will have a think on what I fancy :)
Stat wise it will probably depend on the type of game that would be played so just hold off on that for now :)

Hey guys,
I don't know if you guys are still recruiting, but I would love a chance to opt in for this game as well. The timing works just fine by me and I have a friend that might be able to play should we need more players (but I'm not sure of his work schedule-- he's a great player though, we often jump into each other's games).
I'll keep an eye out for replies, and I'm sorry if I hijacked your thread or put my foot in where it doesn't belong.
Best,
Ogin

I have not played that many adventure paths myself... but I totally agree that it should be something we all have not played before. So to start with to sort things out then everyone should list what adventure paths they have played before.
I will start this off:
I have been GM for the following adventures:
Crypt of the Everflame
Mask of the Living God
Kingmaker Book 1 (just started)
That's the only official adventures I have done.

Once you guys get your characters done just send them to my email.

I intend to run the game via voice chat on Roll20. I am not super experienced with that Table top but I will be practicing before the game to make sure its all good :) Is everyone cool with that? I would also like to play Bi Monthly :P

I'll send you my character shortly, looking at a conjuration specialist wizard - if we have a small party summons ought to help absorb damage, don't worry I will make sure all are prestatted before games, etc.
For background can I assume we are playing in Golarion? And are we using mics, or text? I prefer mics as its quicker, but am good either way.

The game is set in the town of Westcrown, the Capital of Cheliax if I remember rightly. So yep Golarion ;)
I will be running Council of Thieves and there is a player guide available here Link: Players guide. This will probably be a useful read for background on the city and the campaign. Along with some campaign traits that might be nice if you fancied one of those.
We are using Mics probably via voice chat on Skype because I am not sure how good the voice chat is on Roll20. Conjuration Wizard sounds good :)
Also if you have an image for what you would like your character token to look like that would be useful for me.
Actually if everyone could take one campaign trait that would be awesome. So everyone gets three traits in total ;)

I would also like to play Bi Monthly :P
By this I assume you mean bi-weekly, as in every other Wednesday?
Although I prefer campaigns that play every week (or even more often) -- so that players don't forget so much about the story and their characters between sessions -- I might still be interested in applying.
The time would be from about 6 PM to 9 PM GMT?

Since we don't have a primary healer, I am going to switch to druid. I'm planning to go for a warrior, so he's not going to be doing alot of casting in battle, but ought to be able to handle out of combat healing, especially if we have someone else who can contribute eventually.
Background wise, after reading the guide I think I am going to go with him having been employed in a menagerie by one of the noble families - as his father's assistant. When one of the tigers mauled a noble, his father was imprisoned for gross negligence, and died a few months later. Having stolen one of the tiger cubs he had been caring for he fled to live in an abandoned building and eventually began earning coin by hiring himself out as an exterminator.
Obviously I will be expanding this significantly, and I need to decide upon his racial heritage, and pick a name - always takes me ages, lol. I don't think I want him to be Chelish, maybe Taldan so he can be much darker than the average Chelaxian.
For stats I'm going Str 18, Dex 14, Con 14, Int 8, Wis 14, Cha 7. I rather loathe having a 7 wisdom, but its a pretty MAD build. I'm going to use the Lion Shaman archetype, from the APG, if that's okay. It delays wildshape from 4th to 6th, but its not that great then anyway, and once I get it its actually better than a normal druids if I'm changing into a feline form. And shiniest of all, at 5th level I get to summon felines as a standard action, which rocks.

Sent my character sheet to you, let me know if there are any problems. I will post an indepth backstory here in the next few days.
Oh, and you can use this image, let me know if you want it cropped at all. Its not quite right, but it ought to do.
