Say, Oil of Cure Moderate Wounds, instead of a Potion of Cure Moderate Wounds?

It's legit I believe. It's good way to use it for animal companion so you dont have to "Push" it.

Yes, anything that can be a potion can be an oil. They're the same thing except for delivery method. And since that's Core rules and PFS has not posted anything in the Guide or FAQ stating otherwise, that's how it works in PFS as well.

Fun fact: it's also legal to make, say, a potion of magic weapon... it'll just be impossible to use unless you somehow acquire a weapon that's capable of swallowing. ;)
