I had a player recently tell me that there is a feat somewhere that allows you to embed Ioun stones in you to allow you to use multiple stones. I have never seen this feat/rule, and would love to know where it comes from. I know it's not the Wayfinder rule, as I mentioned that one to him.

Thanks!

It's an optional rule in Seeker of Secrets.

Implanted Ioun Stones

The SRD says it's from Pathfinder Chronicles: Seekers of Secrets.

You can already benefit from multiple ioun stones.

The rules for implanting ioun stones simply prevents other characters from seeing that you have ioun stones floating around your head, as well as making it impossible for them to steal, sunder, or target your ioun stones.

Those rules are in Seekers of Secrets, pages 45-46.

No feat. Any one can do it given time and patience.

What's more, there is no limit on how many ioun stones you can have at one time, whether or not they are imbedded. That's a big part of what makes them so powerful.
