This seems like a weird and unnecesary feat
quoatin the rules
" You do not need to specify the targets of your attacks ahead of time. You can see how the earlier attacks turn out before assigning the later ones."

Hardly.
Weapon Finesse
A weapon trait rather than a combat feat, applicable to most light weapons and some others such as whips and rapiers. The trait replaces STR with DEX for attack and damage bonus automatically.
Deadly Aim
Automatic to anyone with DEX 13 or higher.
Power Attack
Automatic to anyone with STR 13 or higher.
In other words, 1) they get Weapon Finesse for free AND they benefit from DEX for damage, again for free, 2) they get Deadly Aim for free which is very nice to have for those times that melee isn't an option and 3) all they need is a 13 STR to get Power Attack for free as well.
With a light weapon, a STR of 13+ and a DEX of 13+ they get three free feats - I'd hardly call that screwed. Oh, and they also get a more advanced version of Dodge as well. Dexterity-based fighters are actually a lot better under this system.

We're helping out Fighters a LOT by doing away with a number of feat pre-req's and handing out free feats like candy... as a bit of balance, we've adopted the rule that you can't split full round attacks between multiple foes without the feat quoted. It makes sense to us that someone (including non-martial types) might not be able to make 3 attacks against 3 different foes in a single round without a bit of training - which is why I included the 'normal' text in the new feat description.

Ok, some interesting changes. Not sure why on a few, but interesting none the less.
Has this had a great impact on your melee classes?
Most of the feats make a lot more sense to us with the changes. Its given all the martials a little more versatility, given there are many fewer 'tax' feats or pre-requisites out there. Its helped out the non-martials a little as well, making some feats that were previously unattainable available - usually more for flavor purposes than anything else.
