Well, I was very interested in the prestige class Eldritch Knight. Started as a Samurai and then went witch. I really love the hexes but now realize that the DC will not go up if I go EK. Will the Hexcrafter Archtype of magus stack with my existing levels of witch to increase the DC's of my hexes??? Thanks for the response.

Levels only stack for things like this if the archetype or Prestige class in question states that it does (such as the Tattoed Sorceror's familiar class ability specifically stating that your levels stack with other familiar-granting classes for determining your familiar's abilities).

Otherwise, different classes do not stack their levels.

This is by no means an "official" ruling, but the way it is written, I would think that you could add your magus(hexcrafter) level minus three to your witch levels for the purpose of the hex. It seems to set up similarly to the animal companion guidelines.
