Advice for my Diplo-mancer Sorcerer

Advice

Hi, Dhaavan is my Skulls and Shackles PBP Infernal Sorcerer, we're level 2 right now, and i was looking for some suggestions on what to do with him.

Spoiler:
When I made this guy, I had no idea how beautifully useful Diplomacy is for part 1 of this module. Diplomacy of +11 at level 1 has made us so many friends!

I intend to make him into a binder, possibly taking some levels in Diabolist for the imp companion, but that's not for a while. He summons pretty well already so it's really what else to do with him.

While he charms with a DC 17 already, his compulsions are 14+spell level. I was looking for a way to get the Fey Bloodline Arcana, +2 to compulsions, but i don't know if there's a way to do that.

So far I'm thinking I may eventually take Spell Focus and GSF (Enchantment), Heighten Spell may help boost Charm Person till I get Charm monster, but I'm not 100% sure where else to focus. beyond becoming the party Crafter.

So do the Forum-ites have any thoughts?

bump, maybe?
bad title or something?

The title is fine, but there just isn't much to say. You have Enchantments. You have a high Charisma. You have invested the skill points. What's left are details.

Grab the Secret Signs and Silent Spell feats to hide your spellcasting. Use a speaking Familiar to give you Aid Another bonuses. Or a speaking party member, if you have one of those. Make sure you can handle foes who are immune to your shenanigans. And don't ignore Sense Motive, because the worst thing that can happen to a dominator, is being dominated...

To handle things immune to mind-effects, what sorts of spells would be good?

Maybe the Pit spells and other stables like them?

I like the Secret Signs/Silent Spell trick to hide Charm Persons although i'm not totally sure how necessary such subtlety will be in the later books of the AP where I'll have the chance to get and use those feats.

Is it worth taking Acid arrow in case i come up against something with SR to do damage my bloodline spell Scorching Ray doesn't have much chance of hitting?

Pits, as you mentioned. Also Summons, and creatures you Enchanted earlier. Also: Fireball, Magic Missile and Acid Arrow are popular for a reason.

But I recommend you just buff your allies, and let them handle things.

Wouldn't a handful of Acid Flasks do just as well, and not take up one of your valuable "spells known"?

This is a suggestion of a metamagic, and not a spell, but the feat Threnodic Spell will let you cast your mind-affecting spells on Undead. You'll need to spend a feat on Spell Focus Necromancy in order to take it, unfortunately, though that could be put to use with the debuffs in the Necromancy school (bestow curse is always a good time).

Acid Arrow is a fantastic spell, especially as you get to higher levels. It just keeps doing damage for you every round. However, if you're concerned about not having enough spells for it, you may want to just pick up a high CL Wand of Acid Arrow.

Well I am a human taking extra spells knows as my Favored Class bonus, so I have two extra spells per level, which kinda helps out.

and as far as threnodic spell, I'm not sure how heavy S&S is with undead, but I figure that to handle M-A immune enemies I'll summon lots of flanking buddies for my Melee heavy party.
