Are there any APS or Modules that deal with the Worldwound?

Product Discussion

Either directly or indirect? Like actual adventures into it or maybe just the tease of one?

The Demon within is the closest currently written. However the AP starting at GenCon 2013 is going to be a Worldwound campsign. It will also use the Mythic Rles that will be comig out a the same time.

Paul Watson is correct :)

Added a link.

This was insanely fun to go through. However, it is a 3.5 module and will require a bit of tweaking.

The Demon Within also, unfortunately, has some errors in how things in the Worldwound work—we probably published that adventure a bit too son as regards us being ready to do stuff in the Worldwound. Some of this is 3.5 to Pathfinder problems, but others are purely flavor problems such as the limitations on teleportation.

In any event, we'll be clearing up those issues soon enough with the upcoming "Wrath of the Righteous" Adventure Path which is set in the Worldwound... and we'll doubtless have some support books along the way as well!

I like that name. Wrath of the Righteous.

Silver Crusade

I recently read through the Demon Within. Despite the warts its a fun module to read.

Wrath of the Righteous also gets the FOC seal of approval.

That the official AP title James? I remember you or maybe Erik asking for ideas after Gencon but I hadn't looked since.

Yes, James asked for suggestions, got a ton, and Wrath of the Righteous (suggested by Kajehase) was the name decided on by the Paizo staff. I think it's a great name, and much better than the "Demonblight Crusade" working name previously assigned to the AP.

Dark Archive

Yes, that's the official title for the adventure path. James Jacobs recently posted a thread asking us fans for input about the adventure path's title. Apparently Demonblight Crusade didn't quite work for him. Kajehase posted the winning suggestion, Wrath of the Righteous, and so that's now the official name for the Worldwound adventure path.

EDIT: Curses! Ninja'd by a Reckless miniature!

Grand Lodge

There is also a PF module that takes place in the Worldwound. #2-08 The Sarkorian Prophecy. Lots of fun.

Nice :) at the posters before James, I wasn't waiting to hear only from him. I only just got back from a Skulls and Shackles game. Thanks for the answers!

Another source, if you don't mind book fiction, is the Worldwound Gambit novel from Robin Laws. There are also some short web fiction stories from the Paizo blog that also have some Worldwound stuff in them, I think.

How about the content of The Worldwound Gambit? I know there's no actual 'rule' content in there, but how is it as a reference for what the Worldwound and environs are like?

That's something I'm still working out... but since the Worldwound Gambit was written at a point where we knew a LOT more about what we wanted from the worldwound itself... well, that makes an enormous difference.

Will we learen what Kajehase got (will get) as his prize or will we be bound to pester him to tell us?

Assuming I don't forget (crosses fingers) he'll get a special thanks in the first volume. I'm also working up another thankyou and have been talking with him but it's not yet been pulled off, so I'd rather not say just yet.

I wouldn't mind having my players fight Kajehase the demon lieutenant of [insert Wrath of the Righteous villain] when we get around to playing the adventure path. :)
