So with the characters beginning as Pathfinder agents and having access to those nifty Society traits, I'm wondering if it would be too unbalancing to allow PCs to have one campaign trait, one Society trait, AND one other trait of their choosing (from a third list, of course).
Is this a minor enough bonus to work with, or might there be some unforeseen three-trait combos that would blow their opposition out of the water?

In my experiences with horribly off-balance things...
One extra trait per PC won't make much of a difference. Go ahead and allow it.
A couple of encounters might go easier in their first few levels. If someone happens to choose the perfect trait for a situation, just roll with it. Few traits are useful in every situation. After 4th or 5th level you'll likely find that class abilities and item bonuses overshadow racial and trait bonuses.

Honestly the society traits are a bit overpowered and practically a must-take for the class. I've banned the lot of 'em.
The +1 AC for medium and heavy armour is great. There are some feats that grant you one skill as a class skill and another skill at +1 and so on. I can see your point Coridan.

I really don't understand how +1 damage in the specific circumstance of a Sneak Attack, or 1 additional Cantrip a day is overpowered at all. But It's your game so I won't argue your choice. I just don't understand it.
The society traits are more powerful yhan other traits by a good amount. Not saying they make the character overpowered, only that they devalue other trait choices significantly.

I don't regard them as overpowered so much as much more straightforward class benefits than most traits, which is exactly why I plan to give them out gratis.
These are characters who have trained for at least three years in a school specifically designed to turn out badass adventurers, after all. :)

Where are the society traits located?
In the Shattered Star Player's Guide, or originally from the Faction Guide campaign setting book. Or in the SRD, any trait that has "Pathfinder Society" as a prerequisite.
