Benefit: You gain a +1 trait bonus to damage rolls from sneak attacks.

does this apply to each Die Rolled like the Draconic Bloodlines arcana?
or does it just apply to that first die rolled?

Grand Lodge 5/5

I'm fairly sure it's a +1 to the total.

Just an FYI, you just contradicted yourself. Sniper Goggles get +2 per sneak attack dice, while Michael is saying its only a +1 bonus period.

Well.. One could argument that is says "damage rolls" indicating all rolls aka dice in a roll.

Or is it just me misinterpreting the English language??

Holy thread necro, Batman! What year are we in?

Yes, that is, at least in the context of Pathfinder, a misunderstanding. A roll is a singular event, not one roll per die. Otherwise, greatswords add 1.5x Str Mod twice, and Investigators add double their skill bonus when they use inspiration.
