Dragon in Andoran?

I seem to recall reading somewhere that there is a metallic dragon in human form who enjoys frequenting one of the taverns in Olfden, or Oregent. Does anyone know his name, or can link me to the source please?

I think Dragons Revisited may have had something on this too. It definitely touched on at least one metallic dragon actively aiding the Grey Corsairs before doing a kamikaze run on a slaving ship.

Definitely something in Dragons Revisited. Copper dragon freedom fighters based in Andoren but mostly deploying themselves in "non free" countries now.
