Off hand I can tell you that there is a Magus Arcana that is only available to the Tiefling Magus Archetype in ARG, (I forget what it and what the arcana are called as I am at work) making it sort of a racial magus arcana.
No, not in BoF, it's in the Advanced Race Guide and is a racial archetype (which I'll admit I haven't read that they specifically exclude other races but I imagine that they do). There are a few other magus racial archetypes in ARG, too, but I can't remember if any of them offer any special arcanas.
My work computer blocks all game stuff (except Paizo, since it isn't tagged "games") so I can't see the Suli arcanas. Is it the same like the Tiefling one, where it's only available to the archetype?

My office firewall does the same to me. As for d20pfsrd though, see if this link works for you. It's a work around that I found that our firewall doesn't catch. Maybe you'll have some luck with it too.
