The title says it all. When I logged out yesterday there was in my cart the Pathfinder comic subscription, a PDF (the Tough, SGG's Anachronistic Adventures Line), a RotRL Portraits deck, the flip mat of Sandpoint's market, and the Deluxe Edition of the Adventure path for preorder. Imagine my surprise when I log in today and all that is in my cart is a Rune Giant and a request that I add a standard case of RotRL mini's so I can purchase it. Now I am not upset if I lost the opportunity to preorder the deluxe edition because I took too long to pay, but I would like to know what happened.
I have since restored my shopping cart, but I am puzzled still as to what has happened.

I cannot quite tell what happened to your shopping cart specifically. However, when this type of thing happens, it is usually because due to having items in your shopping cart while signed out, then signing in. The system assumes that you want the items currently in your cart and throws out the old stuff. I could restore the old cart (in this case, sometimes I cannot), but I see that you've already done so.
