1) So you gave it the benefits of adamantine (DR 2/- is regularly for medium armor, but it's light now, shouldn't it be DR 1?) and some super mithral (+4 max dex over regular chainmail and 4 reduction in armor check penalty, where mithral is just +2 max dex and 3 reduction in check penalty)...
2) Shield 5/Day = 1 CL x 1 Spell Level x 1800 command use x 5/5 x 1.5 on existing slotted item = 2700 gp
Shield's generally a no-no when it comes to making magic item spell effects due to mage armor and shields low cost/high benefit ratio. As currently for 5 encounters (assuming 1 min per encounter) you get in a +4 shield bonus for only 2700, something's wrong there.
3) Feather fall...does the armor have the feather fall spell effect or is that what you're using to justify the armor changes in Point 1?
Looks like you basically added medium armor adamantine to light armor celestial armor, but reduced the max dex and armor check penalty.
If you're DMing, throw whatever you want into you're game, but I think you're gonna need to provide numbers to the pricing to explain how you summed everything up. For consistency especially if your players ever try making something similar.
If you're a player hoping to make custom magic item, yeesh. Definitely explain the pricing.

In my opinion the magically weight reduction isn't gonna reduce the hardness of the adamantine. [b]

3) Feather fall...does the armor have the feather fall spell effect or is that what you're using to justify the armor changes in Point 1? Feather fall was a way more me to justify the 40 lbs of chainmail to be lighter and have light armor speed. Also allowing the wearer to utilize his max dex bonus and have a less armor check penalty
Looks like you basically added medium armor adamantine to light armor celestial armor, but reduced the max dex and armor check penalty.Correct! The Celestial Armor was kinda what I based the armor on.

"Shield's generally a no-no when it comes to making magic item spell effects due to mage armor and shields low cost/high benefit ratio." I was thinking of something of a way to boost the AC of the character and protecting against magical missiles and such. For instance what if I used a two-handed weapon and need a way to protect myself from spell casters besides a shield...
Thank you for you guyses feed back, and I hope to get some more so I can refine this item even more! Thank you and have a good day!
