Looking for a published Mind Flayer clone

Is anyone aware of a OGL clone version of the mind flayer that has been published? I'm looking for something that has a similar society to that of the mind flayers.

It was an Open Content version of the Mind Flayers published by Lion's Den Press for 3.5 that we then used for our psionic material.

Right, but that's about the closest you're likely going to find, given that Mind Flayers are closed content.
