question about invisibilty as it relates to the new tattooed mystic's illusion tattoo

i have a question i am on the fence about. one of my players is planning on playing a tattooed sorcerer/tattooed mystic(paths of prestige) based around illusion. he is planning on taking the illusion tattoo (from the above prestige class)three times to gain invisibility while concentrating on an illusion spell. he is also taking the Shadow Gambit feat (from inner sea magic) to complement this. now i know that when he uses this feat that it ends the spell. my questions are this

1.) would this illusion "attack" for lack of a better term break the invisibility. i am inclined to say yes but i am unsure of it.

2.) when would the invisibilty provided by the spell end? immediately when the spell ends. or, providing that the answer to question 1 is no, does it end at the beginning of the next turn.

3.) how would the invisibility ability work in relation to ending one concentration based spell and immediatly casting another

Provided the tattoo works like it did in my turnover, I'd say:

1.) Yes, the 'attack' would end the invisibility. Once you attack, you're no longer maintaining the illusion.
2.) The invisibility should end the second you make the attack (or, basically, the second you choose not to maintain the illusion that round).
3.) I'd probably say you become visible during the round you cast the new spell, and then go invisible again once you spend an action to maintain the new spell, so there's a brief period of vulnerability while switching spells.

If the text of the ability has changed much from my turnover, my answers might be different. :)
