Can you apply quicken spell like ability to Wizard school Sp abilities?

Can you apply quicken spell like ability to the (sp) abilities of the wizard school specialization ?

e.g. Acid Dart

Or is not a valid target because it doesn't have a spell level ? Or would it use the 0 spell level as a result and require CL8 to quicken ?

Since Acid Dart doesn't directly mimic a spell I'd say by RAW it isn't possible to quicken Acid Dart.
An Imp could use it to quicken his Invisibility for example.

Everything else would be subject to GM Fiat.
