Is there anyway to end the entangled condition from tanglefoot bags, besides simply waiting 2d4 rounds? Some sort of strength or escape artist check? There is one for removing the "glued to the floor" condition, but not for removing "Entangled."
So the way I understand it:
Throw a Tanglefoot Bag at a Large or smaller creature
Miss: Nothing happens
Hit: Creature is entangled, and must make a reflex save or be glued
Fail Save: The creature is glued (and can break out from glued with a strength or escape artist check). However, making this check still render the creature entangled.
Make Save: The creature is not glued, but is still entangled.
The only way to become un-entangled seems to be to wait 2d4 rounds or to use universal solvent.
Correct?

I don't find that to be the accurate answer, since it would seem the Tanglefoot Bags are broken if that were true. I mean, in the case of Web, being able to use Escape Artist or a Strength Check to break free from the Entanglement condition would make sense. (One could even argue an Acrobatics check is viable.)
It would make sense if it stated specifically in the item's description that the creature cannot remove the Entanglement effect prematurely (that is, before its duration is up), since it's a lower level item, it'd be stupid for a CR 15 creature to be supremely debilitated for an extraneous amount of rounds by a level 5-6 item because it rolled a 1 for its saving throw.
I mean, the only problem with applying a Strength or Escape Artist check to break free from the Entanglement effect is that there is no specific DC listed for the Tanglefoot Bags.
