Does Fiendish Sorcery affect Eldritch Heritage?

Like the title asks, does the standard tiefling racial ability Fiendish Sorcery affect the feat Eldritch Heritage?

EDIT: you know, for purposes of 3+Cha modifier abilities and so forth...

Oh, and obviously I only mean for Bloodlines that Fiendish Sorcery would normally affect.

It should work, as the Eldritch Heritage feat gives you "virtual sorcerer levels".

Works best with one of the alternate Tieflings that have a bonus to charisma.

I was thinking specifically of a pitborn barbarian2/oracleX with the abyssal bloodline for the Strength boost. It just occurred to me that I'd get more rounds/day with the claws.
