Can an Oracle swap out spells gained from Curses?

I found where you can not swap inflict/cure or spells from you Mystery but I didn't see anything for Curses.

I would say by strictly reading RAW you can infact, since you know the spells and they don't fall under the restricted category.
However I think the RAI is that you can't, since they're tied to your curse. So I would check with your GM about this.

Personally in my games I wouldn't allow it.

Are you talking about the Haunted curse? The spells appear to have been selected based on flavor, and I don't see anything about swapping them out. I'd wager the answer to your questions is a "no".
