So, I want to post this up because it seems like an incredibly fun, powerful, and somewhat original build for a Dragon disciple. I'd like people to look through and make sure it works the way I think it does.
Straight out, I want to point out that my ability scores are through the roof and this build wont really be feasible for everyone. Literally, I start play with 14-18 in every slot except cha, so I got very lucky.
First, the basics. Classes:
Level 1: Sorcerer (Dual blooded Draconic and wildblooded Empyreal)
Level 2-4: Monk (Master of many styles - flurry is useless anyways and running two different styles will work nicely with natural weapons)
Level 5-15: Dragon Disciple
15-20: Probably sorcerer
Feats (The important part!)
Level 1: Combat reflexes
Level 2: Dragon Style
Level 3: Dragon Ferocity, Panther Style
Level 5: Weapon Focus (Claws)
Level 7: Feral combat training (use claws as unarmed strikes - works nicely with Dragon ferocity) - Mobility bloodline feat from Celestial
Level 9: Arcane strike - Added in for DR circumvention, although this might get replaced with Potions of greater magic fang +5 and permanancy. I intend to do the same to my claws ability to get them constantly anyways.
Level 10: Blind fight - Bloodline feat 'cause it's useful. Later, I can use darkness to my advantage.
Level 11: Panther claw - Now things get scary. Run past enemies and counter attack 5 times? Heck yes.
Level 13: Panther Perry, Toughness bloodline feat - I just became all sorts of tanky with extra HP, an already high AC, and I counter attack before enemies get an AoO when I trigger them.
Level 15: Combat patrol - Now things get interesting. I can use this, and if anyone comes withing 20' of me I can move up and strike. If I trigger attacks of oppertunity in doing so, I get to hit them first...
Level 17: Noxious bite: 'cause why the heck not?
Level 19: Weapon focus bite: It too now counts as an unarmed strike, increasing its damage and what I can use it for.
Any thoughts? By the end of this I'll have something like 26 strength, 20 wisdom, 16 int and 16 dex, not including any gear. For single opponents I'll just full attack with my 3 attacks, or use breath weapon, or even toss out some spells. For swarms of enemies, I can run past them and counter all of their attacks, or use combat patrol when they try to pile on me to constantly reposition to avoid being flanked. And all of this will only get more powerful when I assume dragon form. I can use touch spells like shocking grasp beforehand to probably OHKO the lead charger

I think you might have to reconsider some of your choices, because the accuracy of this character will be pretty abysmal. Your base attack bonus will be very low by the time you hit Dragon Disciple and while the prestige class by itself has a rather decent progression, the later sorcerer levels will seal the deal.
Second thing I want to mention is the problem of your natural attacks. They don't last very long. At all. It's better to pick up Aspect of the Beast via ranger, or bite attacks and claws through feats and barbarian levels so that you'll, if not always then most of the time, be armed. If you go barbarian, there's always the Extra Rage feat if you're unsure whether your rage(and therefore natural attacks) can outlast the opposition. Whatever you do, be careful about relying on your bloodline powers too much. They are a temporary power mode at best.
Oh, and Feral Combat Training only works with that one natural weapon type you pick. No second servings. It's an easy mistake to make though, so no biggie.
Hope you find a way to get the build to work somehow; the fusion of combat styles sound nasty. Maybe forget about natural attacks entirely and focus on unarmed attacks, reflavoring them as teeth and nails? You can always just take Dragon Disciple for the first couple of levels(1-4 gets you the Str boots, natural armor boni and only one point of lost base attack bonus) and go primarily monk, unarmed fighter or brawler. Brawler 3/Master of Many Style 1/Bard 1/Dragon Disciple 4/Brawler x, perhaps? With ample servings of Dragon Style?

Well, accuracy issues aren't so bad when you consider natural attacks. Basicly, I'll get all my attacks at my highest bonus. Going unarmed strike however will really screw this over, as I'll be back to only one attack at full BaB. The strength bonuses help make up for 3/4 BaB from DD (not completely, but enough) plus having really high strength to start with should put me in the right ballpark.
As for natural attacks not lasting very long, there are ways around this. In my case, I'm opting for using a casting of permanency. The downside is it can be dispelled if my GM really wants to screw me, but I don't think he would.
Feral combat training doesn't apply to everything, but I really don't need it to. Being able to use my claws for my unarmed strike abilities without disrupting my typical abilities is enough.

Yeah, The basic character chassis is is decent, but I would think that Panther style and Snake style would be more complimentary.
For a human build (which I recommend)
Keep the same classes, but go monk first level, then sorc., and back to monk. At 1st level, grab combat reflexes and panther style as your human and lv.1 feats, then get panther claw as your monk bonus. At 2nd level, you don't really get any feats...but at 3rd level, you easily qualify for snake style, so grab it as your lv.3 feat, and get snake FANG as your bonus feat. Grab Panther Parry at 5th level, and never really focus on your natural attacks. You'll still have them when you need them, but your unarmed strike is pretty beast, and you'll probably get to make 2 attacks as free actions/AoOs, then make your regular attack.

I don't think most GMs would have a problem with subbing in other dragon types as long as they're balanced against a dragon on that list. It's largely flavour and fluff at that point.
As a note: I'm already level 5 at this point, so changing the chasis isn't really possible at this point. I'm trying to take best advantage of the chasis I have.
Specifically, the story behind the charactor is a half elf who began his career as a sorcerer, but found himself shunned when friends and family realized his poweres were fueled by an evil green dragon bloodline. He then went to work taming his temper by training as a monk for a few levels. About now he's moving towards embracing the powers and controlling them, leaving me with a dragon disciple who hopefully uses his monk levels to enhance his natural weapon fighting.
