I am currently playing an Aasimar Oracle of Life in the Carrion Crown adventure path, and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for feats/spells for upcoming levels. Right now I am level 3. My current feats are angelic blood (useless so far) and extra channeling.
Angelic blood is prereq for angelic flesh, angelic wing feats. I am debating if I should go in that direction at all. I may not have much of a chance to even fly in this game. Should I nix this feat progression?
Extra channeling will always be useful.
What would some of you experts suggest?
I also need assistance with my spell list.
My current spells:
0 level- ghost sound, mage hand, detect magic, read magic, mending, detect poison, create water.
1st level- cure light wounds, bless, bless water, magic stone.
The reason I chose bless is because our party really needs a bonus to hit. I chose bless water because we have an alchemist that does crazy damage to undead with it. Magic Stone is handy for dealing with undead as well. For later levels, what are some good spells that are must haves?

You can't go wrong with Selective Channeling as well.
Channeling Positive Energy to heal the living is only great as long as the only people you're healing is your group. I've, admittedly, not played the Carrion Crown AP, but if you're ever going up against other living enemies, it's best to make sure they don't get any healing from you.

Harrison, what do you think would be good choices for spells? She is a well-rounded character that can heal and dish out damage in melee, but spell choices are difficult since I only have so many known spells. I think my next 1st level spell is going to be protection from evil, as it has saved m clerics numerous times. I will also get my first 2nd lvl spell soon. I am thinking silence, summon monster II, or hold person. Harrison, what do you think would be good choices for spells? Here is some suggestions, mostly spell I liked to use with my life oracle:
Lvl 1 spells: Protection from evil, Hide from Undead (for an undead heavy game).
Lvl 2 spells: Grace, Shield Other (The Healer's Choice: My absolute favorite for getting the most out of your channeling), Resist Energy, Status (Later levels, when spells known and daily isn't a problem, this is nice), Hold Person, Remove Paralysis (although a scroll will do).
Lvl 3 spells: Bestow curse, Borrow Fortune, Deadly Juggernaut (I haven't actually tried this, but it seems nice), Magic Vestment.

I have an aasimar Oracle of Life I am using for one of my games; although I have not played much with it yet. One thing that I hope you are taking advantage of is the aasimar's amazing favored class bonus:
Add +1/2 to the oracle’s level for the purpose of determining the effects of one revelation.
What's so amazing? Well... Apply it to your channel revelation! If you compare it to other mediocre favored class bonuses that directly affect channel energy, you'll see just how much stronger this is. By level 6, you are channeling 5d6. By level 20, you're channeling 15d6 (and the DC is +5)
So there's that... Also, Quick Channel is something I'd recommend at level 5. Using channel energy as a move action is very nice. You can channel twice in one round! Or do whatever else you want with your standard action. :3
As for other good feats? Extra Revelation is very nice. By level 3, with extra revelation, you can have channel, life link, and energy body. Take combat healer at level 7, life sense at level 11. ...and whatever else after that.

I think quick channel would be fun when fighting undead for sure. What about spells? I really want to focus on being a combat oracle that can heal the party, as well as go on the offensive. I really look forward to getting my 1st 2nd level spell. Here are my top 5- Hold Person, Silence, Summon Monster II, Resist Energy, and Spear of Purity.
