I'm just wondering if you think the conditional spells this feat from Ultimate Magic grants should be considered spell-like or supernatural abilities? Also, as a general rule of thumb, how should such special case spells from feats be treated? I'd like to know, in case I come across others in the future.

Supernatural, methinks. While the description does mention the Augury spell, most Spell-like Abilities are essentially just stilled, silenced and eschewed spells. This ability is not.
