Have there been any updates in regards to the spell list that the witch has access too? Do any of the spells from say, the different Lords of Darkness, qualify?
The witch spell list tells you what's on the witches spell list. For a product that was introduced after the Advanced Player's Guide, the individual spell will tell you if it's on the witch spell list or not.
For example, Ultimate Magic lists some Witch Spells. These are not on the witch spell list as printed in the APG, because they did not exist at the time. So if The Different Lords of Darkness has spells in it, those spells will tell you which classes can cast them.

Grick, I am aware of that.
Burning Hands is from the Core Rulebook, which was created before the witch class existed. This is why it doesn't list "Witch 1" under the Level of classes that can cast it. But it's still a witch spell, which you can see on the list of Witch Spells.
Fumbletongue is not on the list of Witch Spells, because it didn't exist when that list was created. But under "Level" it lists "bard 1, witch 1" so a witch can cast it.
So when you figure out which spell you're asking about, look at the list of Witch Spells. Does it appear there? Next, look at the Level line of the spell itself. Does it say witch? If it doesn't appear on the list of witch spells, and the spell doesn't say a witch can cast it, then it's not a witch spell.
Keep in mind some Patron Spells are not normally on the witch spell list, but you can still cast them at the appropriate level.

Are you trying to be helpful or insulting?

I was trying to be helpful. It didn't sound like my first post answered your question, so I tried to rephrase it using concrete examples that would allow you to figure out if the spells you're thinking of would apply.
When I said "when you figure out which spell you're asking about" that was just because you never specified a spell or resource, and I assumed you didn't have the materials handy.
It was supposed to work like a formula. Plug in whatever spell you want, follow the logic, and end up with an answer. It wasn't intended to be insulting.

Ok. I was talking mostly about the Book of the Damned Vol 1. I have a dimensional occultist witch that is going to take at least a level or 2 of diabolist. She is from Cheliax and worships Asmodeus. She believes he grants her the spells as her patron and it also fits very well with the witches of legend. There are some pretty neat spells in that book that might be appropriate for her to use as a devil worshipper but I have not seen anything either way.
