It's there a branch of the pathfinder society in varsia?
If there is, were? and what is the name off there Venture-Captain?

I understand the only branch of the Pathfinder Society in Varisia is in Magnimar. The lodge is in the Alabaster District and is run by Sheila Heidmarch. There's some more detail of it both in Seeker of Secrets (I'm pretty sure) and the newer Magnimar: City of Monuments book.

There's also a bit more in the new Shattered Star Player's Guide (which is free to download). In fact, the Shattered Star AP which starts with the release of Shards of Sin actually involves the Pathfinder Society in Varisia. This first volume of the AP kicks off in Magnimar and I would imagine (haven't read it yet) covers Sheila Heidmarch and the local lodge in even greater detail.
