FC options for half-races question

Simple. Can a half-orc or a half-elf raised by one parent take FC options for that race?

More specifically: Can a half-orc barbarion take the +1/3 to the bonus from the superstition rage power listed for humans and tengus?

Due to Orc blood which makes it both a human and orc my opinion is yes.

So, from the FAQ:

Can a half-elf or half-orc select racial favored class options from the human entry in the Advanced Player's Guide (page 23)?

No. While half-elves and half-orcs do count as humans "for any effect related to race", racial favored class options do not count as an effect.
