Best easy to use program to draw maps?

Name that (or them), please! And consider this before your input:

In the past, when no-one else was willing, I had to use Photoshop and Gimp to make print commercials for our company. I hated that. Too little time, too pro programs. So these two are out.

And when talking about maps, I mean them 5*5 square thingies, not fancy, real-artist-talent-needed types of overland maps.

graph paper and pencil

I use MapTool. It's designed for virtual table-top play (which is why I use it), but you can easily screen-capture what you've drawn. It's also easy to grab PNG or other graphics files and import them... like those you can find at Dundjini.

I use Inkscape, because it is free and has a nice tutorial.

The Cartograher's Guild surely has ideas too.
