How to remove a permanent condition such as sickened?

Advice

I'm playing a high level gestalt monster game. I've decided to make a Zuishin Kami (B3) Paladin with the Divine Hunter & Holy Light archetypes. I thought that an archer that heals people by shooting them would be a fun concept. :)

Given the Zuishin's nature, it wouldn't abandon its ward. So I was going to assume its ward was destroyed, and that's why it's left on quest to destroy all the foul beings, etc., etc. Hence the Paladin levels.

Unfortunately, if the Kami's ward is destroyed, they become permanently sickened. It also gives up the Fast Healing 5 and, less importantly, the Merge With Ward abilities.

Is there a way to remove a permanent sickened? Would a Wish or Miracle spell do it? Or perhaps some other high level Cleric spell?

Preferably, another alternative is for the ward to somehow be portable. But I couldn't think of a way. Zuishin Kami guard doors, gates, archways, and sacred locations. Maybe a Rope Trick that leads to a sacred grove? Or a Well of Many Worlds? Grasping at straws. :/

My brother had an idea about finding a wizard, pay the material cost and time for services, and have the wizard cast Create Demiplane, Greater. Now the problem becomes having a portable gate.

Add in a level of Oracle with the wasting curse. It makes you immune to being sickened.

As for a portable ward - you could say that you were guarding the archway that led to a sacred garden. The garden was defiled, but your archway was not. So now you carry it with you (via shrink Item and permanency) until you can find another worthy place for it to go.

Remember: Permanent!=Instantaneous. Permanent is an infinite duration (as opposed to sickened for x rounds), instantaneous is an instant change in existance, like getting healed by a Cure X Wounds or blasted by a fire ball.

Something as simple a Paladin with the right mercy (hey!) will fix it.

Possibly not RAI, but whoever wrote the Kami subtype screwed up in that case.

I would simply say that the kami couldn't be cured of its sickness (and that immunity wouldn't work) until it found a new ward to replace the one that was destroyed. That would be more in line with the flavor than attempting to get around the debilitation, IMO.

I would say to stop letting the camp goblin do the cooking.

Thanks for the ideas, guys. I didn't think about shrinking the archway to find a new location.

Also, the Goblin makes the best churros and nachos. I can't help it! It's worth the risk.
