If I go lore warden and gain the class feature scholastic and then several levels later I start to multiclass. Do I still get the bonus 2 skill ranks to put in int skills when I put a level in another class?
Here is what scholastic reads as.
Scholastic (Ex)
Lore wardens gain 2 additional skill ranks each level. These ranks must be spent on Intelligence-based skills. All Intelligence-based skills are class skills for lore wardens.
This ability replaces the lore warden’s proficiency with medium armor, heavy armor, and shields.

Interesting, as it is written I believe that yes, yes they do get the 2 bonus ranks
Especially as armor and shield proficiency would also work when multiclassing, and Scholastic doesn't mention "each class level" gained, but merely "each level".
There are many abilities from Druid/Barbarian/Fighter archetypes that work as intended in a similar way even while multiclassing.
I don't know what the intention was but by the RAW it seems it is granted on all levels.

Those abilities (notably uncanny dodge, off the top of my head) SPECIFICALLY state that they stack with other class sources of said abilities.
If an ability does not have such a statement written into it, then it deals with class levels in the class that grants it, not any levels one accumulates.
