JJ or another dev once said that it's intented, and that it was an oversight that there was no "Extra Ninja Trick" feat in the game, since they somehow assumed that the rogue talent feat would work.
Most GMs will let you take it (and select a Ninja Trick instead) or houserule the "Extra Ninja Trick" feat in, or something.
I'm not sure however how it is in PFS game, but for a normal game you should just talk to your GM.
