Half-elf count as human for feats...

I thought somewhere there was a feat or trait or something where a Half-Elf could count as a human for feats...but I can't seem to find it.

Any help? or was this a bad hold over from another unnamed edition?

Thanks

That's not from a feat, that's a half-elf racial trait:

Elf Blood: Half-elves count as both elves and humans for any effect related to race.

That's effects...I'm looking for gaining feats...unless that inherently means feats too...

It has been FAQ'd that the Racial Heritage feat lets humans count as another race for ANYTHING, feats, spells, archetypes, whatever. That should extend to half-elves and half-orcs the same. That means that they can also take Racial Heritage. *WORLD ASPLODE* :-D

All well and good...but does Elf Blood allow you to take feats? Mostly I've only seen it played as for items and spells and class features ...
