What about a Cleric 1/Fighter 6/Divine Scion 1? Would she be able to make the following feat choices at the appointed levels (getting Greater Spec at level 8, 4 levels before any other fighter)?

This would work. You'll lose two points of BAB along the way though, one of which you can avoid by going Paladin 4/Fighter 1 or Ranger 4/Fighter 1 before entering the PrC.
Depending on the Domains of your God, Divine Scion 3 may be interesting too. Fly as a SLA is quite nice, or else a daily free Symbol of Healing makes even Heal a useful domain!
