Wasn't there a feat or ability out there that made it so you no longer took the AC penalty for things like Cleave, Lunge, and similar things?
I can't remember what or where, but it would be great on a character I'm working on now.
I don't think that's it. I remember it specifically negated penalties for both lunge AND cleave AND one or two other things.
EDIT: I think I remember, now, that the third thing was the AC penalty for charging.
There is a feat for Catfolk in the Advanced Race Guide that does that, called Nimble Striker.

It's catfolk-specific, and you can't even get to it with Racial Heritage since it requires a specific catfolk racial ability, but it's pretty sweet for catfolk rogues.
Corsair fighter archetype gets Cleave as a bonus feat at 2nd level without meeting the prereqs and without taking the AC penalty while using it.

Sadly that does me little good, as I'm going for a Cleave build. Being a dwarf offers far more options for Cleaving.
For cleave, as Wroy stated, you can take the corsair fighter to not get the penalty.
A Human, and Scion of Humanity Aasimar can take Racial Heritage(Catfolk), and then the Catfolk Exemplar feat to gain the sprinter racial trait to qualify for Nimble Striker.
That doesn't work. Catfolk Exemplar doesn't give you the Sprinter racial trait, which is an explicit requirement for Nimble Striker.
