Racial Heritage Feat

So if a human pc were to take the racial heritage feat from the advanced race guide, would it allow them to choose from that other races favored class options (much like it allows them to select that other races feats and traits)?

Although it is not specifically, listed, I wonder if it might fall under 'and so on'.

Unlikely, unless you decide that Racial Heritage is different and broader than racial abilities that have the same wording.
