A slam is a heavy melee attack made with an appendage -- a pseudopod, tail, arm, tentacle, or whatever. It's kind of a generic "hit them with some blunt part of your anatomy." It is not an unarmed attack and does not provoke attacks of opportunity.
Gore is an attack with horns on the head of a creature.

Yes, undefined is good...since it is, I can have a creature that is biped, and give it claw attacks with its hands by default...then with levels of ape shaman Druid do the 2nd level shift to gain two slam attacks and assign them to the legs...throw in a bite as well and you net 5 primary natural attacks with no trouble...but only because they don't assign body parts.

I'd like to know what kind of action a Slam attack it, whether a standard, full-attack, or other type of action.
A single attack of any kind is a standard action. It doesn't matter if you're shooting a bow, swinging a sword, or bashing your enemy over the head with the severed arm of his best friend.
Multiple attacks would require the full attack full-round action.
