Hello all!
Last night my magus died after a longtime struggle with a plague :)
So I had to roll some new stats (since im the minority when it comes to a
love for point-buy systems).
I am therefore at a loss on what character to make. I like having
characters that exels at something and are not "okay-ish" at everything.
So drawbacks are sort of okay.
Partywise: A rogue, fighter (tank), paladin (shield dude), wizard(a bit of everything), and a sorcerer(blaster).
The rules are that I have three different "lines" of stats.
I pick one of these and are allowed to interchange two stats e.g switch str and dex (ofc only within the same line)
Besides that everything from Paizo is okay. I get one trait, standard starting gold (6000g for a lvl4)
(Oh and the summmoner class is banned)
I expect the campaign to last til like level 7-8 ish so don't worry about endgame.
Lines:
str: 11, dex:7, con:11, int:15, wis:16, cha:12
str: 12, dex:14, con11, int:13, wis:11, cha:12
str: 8, dex:12, con:14, int:15, wis:14, cha:13
So any cool level 4, concepts that could be fun to play? (That I do got the stats for)

I've never played with such low stats, but your first line is good for a cleric.
Blow an early feat on heavy armor so your low dex isn't too much of an issue, and flip the Cha and Int scores.
Explain your low Dex with something quirky like near-sightedness, have the player bump into stuff all the time, it'll be fun.
Work with the pally to make sure only one of you is very heal focused.
With low dex and str, you won't be good on offense, but you can be an awesome buffer and defender cleric.

I have to go with the people suggesting to take line 1, switch Int and Cha, and go cleric. Your party lacks a dedicated healer and a 16 is definitely workable as a primary casting stat.
If you wanted to go oracle, swapping Wis and Cha would still get you a 16 primary casting stat, but I think cleric works better for this because the split stats support it so well.

+1 on this.
I was going to say the same, minus the heavy armor proficiency.

str: 11, dex:7, con:11, int:15, wis:16, cha:12
I'd go cleric or druid here. Others have made good arguments for cleric so I won't repeat those, but let me do say cleric is a good idea.
Druid could be cool because your party doesn't really have a wilderness expert in the group, which can be useful in addition to providing healing spells. Shapeshifting could allow some versatility in how to support an already pretty well rounded party, plus give minor stat buffs if/when needed. Summon nature ally can help mob enemies.
str: 12, dex:14, con11, int:13, wis:11, cha:12
Some kind of archer, most preferably ranger. Pick a race that can boost that Dexterity to 16 (elf, half-elf, human, half-orc, halfling). Unless the rogue has ranged expertise, looks like your main ranged support is the sorcerer (presuming wizard is a utility wizard). Having some hardware backing that up would be good. Again ranger also adds additional skill set party does not have.
str: 8, dex:12, con:14, int:15, wis:14, cha:13
I'd swap Int for Cha and build a support bard out of this, someone who stands back and buffs everyone else and provides general skill monkey support and party face abilities.

Cleric is never bad, and you can build him as a buffer/battle field control so you are not just a heal-bot. That said, if you don't like the idea of a Cleric you can use the last line for a pretty good Witch. The Witch can also do some healing, so s/he can help with healing if needed.
Switch Dex and Wis and you get: str: 8, dex:14, con:14, int:15, wis:12, cha:13. You can go Elf for the +2 to Dex and Int or Human and just add +2 to Int. Drop your +1 stat from 4th level into Int and you are at 18.

I second the aasimar, with line 3 stats as a Cleric
str-8
dex-12
con-14
int-14
wis-15+1@4th+2race = 18
cha-13+2race = 15
Or even better imo Oracle of Life
str-8
dex-12
con-14
int-13
wis-14+2=16
cha-15+1@4th+2race=18
Another interesting race is the Samsaran from ARG.
There mystic pastlife ability is hardcore badass for casters..

Cleric Archer flip Int and Dex, bump the dex up to 16, with Wis 18 you'll be ok.
You could even leave the Wis at 16 and bump something else with your racial modifier (probably dex to 18).
Or Zen Archer line 1 flip Cha and Dex or Int and Dex. You're starting at level 4 so you will already use Wis to hit.
I'd go Cleric to be honest...
Cleric with str: 11, dex:18, con:11, int:7, wis:16, cha:12 looks ok. Could be fun playing someone wise, a little personable but quite stupid. :)
