How do I put in Dexterity damage with bow ???

I assume you're asking how to use your Dex mod instead of your Strength mod as damage with a bow?

As far as I know, you can't.

The only way, generally, to allow a weapon to use DEX modifier to damage instead of strength is through the agile enhancement. This enhancement specifically applies to melee weapons that can be used with weapon finesse, only. So, no way to do that, sorry.

I believe there is a feat that allows you to add Intelligence modifier to damage, though.

If you guys are talking about Focused Shot, it works with bows as well as crossbows.

It should be noted, however, that it requires a standard action and therefore will not work as part of a full attack.

That's the cost of not losing 2/3rds of your offense if the enemy is more than 5 feet away.

Classes that can get extra damage separately from their stats are generally considered good archers for this very reason.
