Natural Attack Alchemist need help with feats

Advice

I am playing an alchemist that will focus on using his feral mutagen to attack with claw/claw/bite. All of which will be at his full BAB. I do not see any useful feats. Pathfinder books only, what Can I take to make him a better combatant? He is Human and stats are: STR16,DEX14,CON14,INT16,WIS12,CHAR8.

He is somewhat of a switch hitter and I know this isn't optimal. Jackal and Hyde type and will be going prestige into Master Chymist. Thank you for any Advice it is much appreciated. Also please explain why you choose the feats you do.

The only 2 feats that come to mind that would improve natural attacks are Eldritch Claws, which allows your natural attacks to bypass magic and silver dr. And rending claws, when you hit an opponent with 2+ claw attacks on the same turn, you do an extra 1d6 damage. But I'd just go and take extra discovery unless there's a certain feat you want.

Power Attack is always nice. Iron Will is also shiny for any Alchemist ever, as is Combat Reflexes for a melee character (especially one with Enlarge Person available and decent Dex). Medium Armor Proficiency will net you +2 or more AC as well. There's also always Dodge and it's successor Feats, or Combat Expertise and the maneuver Feats, of course.

In terms of non-Feat options, the Vivisectionist Archetype is good for melee characters (though by no means necessary).

Thanks guys this gives me some ideas.

Or if you don't mind cheesing it, you could use a mithral breastplate + the armor expert trait, which lowers armor penalties by 1.

Eventually, sure. That's quite a bit of a low-level character's GP, though. And a Trait burned as well.

Medium Armor Proficiency also opens up Heavy armor Proficiency later if you want, which allows for Mithral Plate, which can be quite cool with the relatively minimal Dex available.

If you are human, there is the Racial Heritage feat.
If you choose kobold, you can nab the Tail Terror feat for an extra attack.
If you choose to focus on dex, a AoMF with the Agile enchantment is a must.

Extra Discovery is pretty good.

If you're a vivvisectionist, you could sink feats into Sap Adept and Sap Master (claws and bite both do bludgeoning damage, so it works). Either put Merciful on your AoMF, or spend yet another feat on Bludgeoner.
Since you're then doing a lot of nonlethal damage, it'd be almost negligent to not take the Enforcer feat. And since you now are inflicting fear left and right and need the flatfooted condition (NOT merely "lose dex to AC") to benefit from Sap Master, you probably also want to do the Weapon Focus - Dazzling Display - Shatter Defenses feat tree, too.
BAM! Just added like half a dozen feats to your list! :)

Oh, another possible giant feat chain to do:

Imp. Unarmed Strike
Dodge
Crane Style
Crane Wing
(Deflect Arrows) - optional
(Crane Riposte) - optional

Greatly improves your defenses. Dodge for +1 AC, then fighting defensively for a -2 penalty and +4 AC (assuming 3 ranks in tumble) and auto-negate the first melee hit each round.
