What to play in non-standard race campaign

Advice

Ok me and some friends are about to start a campaign where everyone must have some animalistic them. So pretty much no base races.

Group has-(starting at lvl 1)
-Ratkin magus
-Catfolk ranged paladin
-kobolt cleric/wizard going mystic thurage
- negaji ( lizard race) fighter/sorcerer into dragon disciple

Now what for me, I was looking at tengu rogue with claw/claw/bite. What else would help round out the group?

Grippli followed by Vanara are probably my favorite animalistic races.

They can make great Druids/Clerics, Monks, Ninjas/Rogues...

I've played a Grippli Ninja (w/Monk Dip) and am playing a Vanara Zen Archer, and they're both pretty fun.

If you want to be a little silly though? Grippli Druid with Giant Beetle companion. You can ride it starting level 4. Of course, it has a pathetic fly speed/manueverability, it's far from optimal. If possible, at least have it take Hover.

Alternatively, Giant Wasp. I'd reflavor it as a Bee though, Wasps are mean. But it's actually good at flying and starts medium size, though it's not as tanky. Giant Mantis is somewhere in between, though probably removed from frogs on the foodchain.

Your party is interesting because there will be some mixed casting ability for everyone, but no one is playing a full caster. I think the Druid is a good choice in this case.

Thank you for the input petty. I appreciate it. Druid sounds like fun, sounds like we need something to deal with traps and such. I was also looking at half orc with toothy and going trap ranger. Feral seems fun and then not to squishy.

Anyone else have some ideas, what else does it look like the group needs?
