Adventure Path Charter Subscriber; Pathfinder Starfinder Adventure Path, Starfinder Society Subscriber

I just received my shipment of this order. Unfortunately it was one item short: the Realms of Twilight Campaign Setting book was not shipped, although it was listed on the packing slip as included.
Could someone please look into the matter?
