Just checking to see how this order was shipped. The order lists USPS, but the tracking button goes to UPS (which States the order does not exist).

I am trying to make sure when it should arrive and when it is late.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, our subscription shipment is running long this month, and it has taken longer to get some orders out the door than usual. While it was "shipped" in our system last week (to get you your PDFs), your order is most likely still waiting in the warehouse to be sent out in the mail. You can expect it to pop up in the tracking sometime this week.

The reason your USPS shipment tracking goes to UPS page is that we use UPS Mail Innovations for much of our standard postal rate shipment. Mail Innovations uses the UPS shipping system to get packages most of the way to their destination, and then drops those packages into the USPS mail system near their final destination.

Thanks for the explanation. At least I have a better idea where it is and that it isn't lost.
