A couple questions on this I couldn't find a definitive answer to.
1) Do Spiked Gauntlets still allow somatic spellcasting?
2) Do they count as armor for Arcane Spell Failure?
3) If so to #3, what are their Arcane Spell Failure, and what size armor are they for purposes of negating it (for classes like Bard, Magus and Summoner)?
Thank you.

1.) Yes.
2.) No.3.) N/A.
Bonus Question: Can they be used to deliver touch spells as part of the attack?
B.) No, but normal gauntlets can, because they are unarmed attacks.

Bonus Question: Can they be used to deliver touch spells as part of the attack?

By RAW, the gauntlet is still an unarmed attack. The RAI is:
SKR: "Brass knuckles should be armed (light melee weapon) attacks. (As should gauntlets and spiked gauntlets.)
...
Which makes it clear that using brass knuckles is not an unarmed attack"
This doesn't prevent you from making an unarmed attack while wearing a gauntlet, without using the gauntlet (kick/headbutt). You just don't gain any benefits from the gauntlet, just like you don't gain any benefits from a sword you might be holding.
To sum up, assuming you don't have Spellstrike, your options are:
Touch attack, standard action (or free action in the round you cast the spell), gauntlets don't matter.
Melee attack (vs normal AC, not touch AC), using unarmed attack/natural weapon. This can only be done once the charge is held, in a round after you've already cast the spell.
In either case, you don't get any benefit from the gauntlets. Enhancement bonus to attack/damage, weapon focus, etc. If you're making an unarmed strike without the IUS feat, you'll provoke and deal non-lethal, etc.
