1: Is the price of an Alchemical Silver Bastard Sword 90 or 180 GP? Similarly how much Bladeguard does it use.
2: If a character is proficient with such a weapon as an exotic weapon but not a martial weapon and wields it two handed, does it count as a two handed weapon for effects like Pushing Assault or Shield of Swings?
3: If a character if proficent with it as a martial weapon and an exotic one, can they use these feats wielding it only one handed
Note: 2 and 3 may be a problem with the feats, as everything else adds "or a one handed weapon wielded in two hands" when talking about similar stuff.

It is still a Two Handed Weapon, just one that with special training can be used in one hand, (like a Lance while Mounted). It still has the Hardness and HP as a 2 Handed Weapon, and any costs would be as a Two Handed Weapon.
I'll have to take a look at the Feats.
Pushing Assault says "a Two Handed Weapon Attack", so you would need to be weilding it with two hands for this Feat.
Shield of Swings is probably going ot also require wielding it with two hands, but the exact wording coult leave it open for arguement in the Bastard Sword's case. I would probably vote no, as the intent is probably when wielding a Two Handed Weapon with two hands, and would not allow this with a Mounted Lance wither.

It is a two-handed weapon that can be used with one hand if you have the right feat. The dwarven waraxe is the same way.
It counts as a two-handed weapon whenever you wield it with two hands.
If you have both feats you can use it however you wish.
PS: Spending a feat to make the weapon less useful would not be a good thing so while Pushing Assualt or Swing of Shield might only reference two-handed weapons the weapon should still work, and I don't know of any GM that would force you to make it count as a one-handed weapon only. Feats add, not take away from what you can do.

I feel like there was a dev who chimed in that feats referencing one-handed/ two-handed weapons generally apply to the way the weapon is being wielded, but I can't seem to find it anywhere...
On a side note though, I would rule that way regardless, otherwise you're looking at a slippery downhill slope, since the interpretation your players are trying for would also lead to a bastard sword getting one-handed STR+1/2, Power Attack +50%, and all kinds of other nonsense for any exotic weapon that can be wielded as a two handed martial weapon.
On another note though:
Sword, Bastard: A bastard sword is about 4 feet in length, making it too large to use in one hand without special training; thus, it is an exotic weapon. A character can use a bastard sword two-handed as a martial weapon.
I would counter their contention by pointing out that a bastard sword is actually a one-handed exotic weapon that can be wielded two-handed as a martial weapon, not a two-handed weapon that can be wielded in one hand. The same is true of the Dwarven Waraxe.
