Confused about Lizardfolk stat block

As the title said I'm a bit confused on if they have a +4 racial mod to Acrobatics why do they have a total Acrobatics mod of +2? Also how did they get to Swim +8? The best I can see they should have Swim +6 (2 ranks + STR mod 1 + favored skill 3).

The heavy wooden shield has an ACP of -2, plus the +4 Racial Bonus for a net +2.

Everything with a swim speed gets a +8 racial bonus to swim, -2 ACP, +1 STR, +1 rank; net +8. Swim is not a class skill for humanoids.

Their other skill point is in Perception.
