I was planning on going super cheesy with the kermit references like whenever we get treasure run around with arms flailing in the air going Yay!!! and several other funny things

If I get the chance to play a bard any time soon, I'm stealing this character. Of course, I don't feel bad about this, because you are ripping it off from Jim Henson. =P

Go right ahead, I'd love to see the build once you've done it.

Stealing character concepts should be applauded, not looked down upon.

Every time some player says "I don't know what to play", I simply say, "Steal, Steal, Steal".
This is what RPGs are for. Why do you think things like Marvel Heroic Fantasy RPG exist?
So people can play their favorite characters.

Say it aloud, "I steal, and I am Proud!"

Blame him or not, it breaks code.

No Paladins should be "hit with sword, ask questions later" person.

Who runs into tons of Paladins anyway?

People who live in lastwall.

The point to take from this is that walking about with a very strong evil aura actively promoting your dark lord is pretty damn silly from the start.

If in Cheliax, would not the reverse be true?

In other places, no would care.

Most of Golarion is apathetic, just like ours.

Actually no. The church Iomedae still has a solid presence in Cheliax mostly due to her chelaxian origins. Other gods of good including Shelyn are tolerated and even valued.

The thing to understand is that religion is officially free in Cheliax. That being said chaotic gods and certain gods of good are most definitely watched carefully by the house of thrune and many are expunged by the hellknights merely because their teachings run counter to the ruling house's tyranny.

As to the rest I don't think you really understand the nature of people and especially the nature of gods and their clerics in golarion. Apathy is only a response in cities so far away from good and orderly that the slave markets are featuring buy one get one deals on skeletal minions.

If Golarion is so filled with so many good, evil-fighting people, why do they need heroes?

I tend to see more examples of a darker, apathy filled Golarion than the sunnier world you see it as.

Because they're not fighting evil. They're generally either fleeing it or getting more martially inclined people to handle it. Or the evil people are smart enough not to waltz around in the open going "What are you going to do about it?"

Apathy is a complete lack of care. This is simply not true. People most certainly care when a church of Zon-Kuthon opens down the street. The question is whether or not they'll do anything about it. They may hire adventurers, they may become adventurers, they may put in a letter of complaint, they may even join the clergy.

This sort of environment is what allows evil nations like Geb, Cheliax, and Belzeken to exist. Evil doesn't walk the streets of Vigil or Magnimar because those are places where the good guys are defending. They go where people will act favorably because they are all there is to turn to. They go where good is either turning a blind eye or dead and work the vulnerable people there to their dreadful whims. Once they become the status quo then apathy can settle in.

It's smart villains that have accomplished all that evil has in golarion not apathy. Essentially what I'm trying to get at here is that a cleric who thinks he's being clever by being out in the open and benign gets exactly what's coming to him when a group of "concerned citizens" overrun him and burn him at the stake. It doesn't take a paladin to get you after all. And who's to blame them? They live in a world of shape shifters, real grimm fairy tales witches, terrifying and charming fey, demons, devils, the walking dead and terrors from beyond the stars. A man coming along claiming a dark lord as a patron as he wields fell magic is pretty much asking a bunch of paranoid people to straight up murder him whether it's a good act or not. This is not them acting on the behalf of a good god or in the name of a good cause. This is them acting preemptively before the human sacrifices begin. In other words it's about survival.

In other words I don't see the world as sunny. I see it as very much a neutral realm where people do what it takes to get through the day when there's a possibility (a strong one if adventurers are about) that some horrifying beast born from the raw cloth of nightmare itself might turn them inside out and rinse its mouth out with their fresh blood to gain 1d10 temporary hit points for the next hour.

I don't think a paladin would be breaking his code for killing a priest of an evil deity. You may not be doing anything outright evil but you are furthering the goals of said evil diety and in his eyes are therefore evil yourself.

I definitly think the character is going to be samsaran for the aspect of the falcon and gravity bow, I will have to talk with my GM to see if the monastic order philosophy to getting a bow and the domains I want would work. Right now I am thinking trying to get the eagle domain and possibly weather for some nice lightning bolt action my other thought is maybe travel to voip around with.

Just for you hgsolo I had seen this somewhere else before but you should also make a wizard or something that gets a familiar, take the chicken familiar name the wizard gonzo and the chicken camilla.

If you use factional rules you will be fine on BaB and great on saves. Spell casting even magical knack triat will still be bard like ie secondary caster. As far as channels take phylactery of positive engery and you fine. I would try be the archer who dose there stick through equipment and spells and not so much through feats + 12 is still + 12 it dose not matter what you stacked up to get there. If was me level 1 scribe scroll and point blank shot rapid shot level 3 craft wondrous item at level 5, and craft arms & armor at 7.

On different note mutt builds play well with other mutt builds and purer builds play well with other pure builds. If everyone build for versatily then the slower versatile build dose not stand out in group. If evey is built for top end speed then slow build versatile stand out like sore thumb.

I worrie more about the group total make more than any one build.

You could also make Kermit a ranger (who just happens to sing a lot) and make is animal companion a boar. Though that might start getting weird.

No, his companion would be a golden-furred bear. He'd just be dating an orc.

While you could make kermit a ranger it wouldn't work as well for fitting the spirit of the character. I mean come on Kermit was the face of the muppets so he would be a high charisma character and bard just synergizes so well with his hosting the show.
