I just GM'd Infernal Vault from season 1. Each Faction had 2 missions given to them. Did they need to complete both to get 1 prestige point, and then earn 1 prestige point for completeing the overall mission of the scenario. Or do they get a point for doing at least one of their faction missions, and then get 1 for completeing the overall mission? Thanks for any help.

Each Scenario offers the opportunity for 2 prestige points:
Scenarios with two goals per faction earn a point for completing each goal and none for the main mission.Scenarios with only one goal per faction mission earn a point for completing the faction goal and one for completing the main mission.
If you have a player on the slow XP track they must complete either both faction goals or the main mission and the single faction goal to earn a single prestige point.

I believe you can award 1/2 PP on the slow track. You just can't use it until you earn another 1/2 PP at some point.
Unfortunately, until and unless the Guide changes, the only time someone can earn a .5 PP is in a module.
For a regular scenario, slow track earns either 0 or 1 PP, no .5 PP allowed:
Earning Prestige
Each scenario provides the opportunity for you to earn 2 PP over the course of the adventure. One of these is tied to the completion of the overall mission for all Pathfinders, and is outlined in the Success Conditions section of the adventure. The second Prestige Point is gained when a Pathfinder completes his faction specific mission, as outlined in the Faction Missions section of the adventure. A player character advancing along the standard advancement track may earn both Prestige Points in a scenario, for a total of 6 PP per character level. To maintain balance between characters on both advancement tracks, those PCs utilizing the slow advancement track may only earn 1 PP per scenario. This point is dependent on completing both the overall scenario objective and the character’s faction mission.
Bolding is mine, but it shows that there is no way in normal scenarios for a slow track PC to earn .5 PP. :(
