Advanced Race Guide Question

So, this weekend I will finally be purchasing this book, I noticed in the previews that it has special ability values expressed in a race point format. My question is, are all of the monster abilities valued at this time or just the ones they used to create the new creatures in said book?

I could not recreate a Green Hag or a Sea Hag with the ARG.

Well, that's a little sad, maybe they will come out with a book for the rest. Thanks for the info.
