Sneak Attack Talents Application

Rules Questions

RAW: Talents marked with an asterisk add effects to a rogue's sneak attack. Only one of these talents can be applied to an individual attack and the decision must be made before the attack roll is made.

I guess my question is, what is defined as an individual attack?
Obviously a single weapon strike under flanking or flatfooted circumstances gets one talent applied to the sneak attack bonus. What about a TWF rogue? Can I choose a different talent bonus for the off-hand? What about iterative attacks at higher BAB's? Are each of the subsequent attacks "individual" enough?

Yes, it's per attack. It's not like power attack where once it's on, it's on.

If you read the next sentence, it says you choose before the attack roll is made, which means it's per attack, not per full-attack.

I would say yes.
